Step 1: Surface Protection: Each tube is individually sleeved in PE (polyethylene) bags or non-scratch pearl cotton to prevent surface scuffs or resin chipping.

Step 2: Shock Absorption: For thin-walled or high-precision tubes, we use bubble wrap or expanded polystyrene (EPS) spacers to eliminate movement during transit.

Step 3: Rigid Internal Support: Long tubes (over $2000\text{mm}$) are packed with internal support structures or placed inside high-density cardboard cylinders to prevent bending or "whipping" during handling.

Step 4: Industrial Outer Casing: Small/Medium Orders: Reinforced 7-layer corrugated "Double-Wall" boxes. Large/Bulk Orders: Custom-built fumigated wooden crates or plywood boxes (compliant with ISPM-15 standards for international shipping).
