Product Description

The CFP-Series is a high-performance, multi-section telescopic pole manufactured from high-modulus carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) . It is designed to provide an optimal balance of lightweight portability and high structural rigidity. The pole utilizes a [Twist Lock / Cam Lock] mechanism for secure extension and retraction.

Material Composition

Main Tube: 100% Unidirectional (UD) and Woven Pre-preg Carbon Fiber (Toray/Synolite or equivalent T700/800 grade).

Resin System: High-temperature Epoxy Resin (TG > 120°C).

Locking Collars: Anodized 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy / Acetal Resin (POM).

Limitations:

Electrical Conductivity: Carbon fiber is electrically conductive. Do not use near live high-voltage electrical lines unless the pole is specifically designated and tested as "electrically insulated" (typically requiring a fiberglass section or specific layup).

Impact: While strong, carbon fiber is brittle. Avoid sharp impacts or dropping heavy weights onto the pole, as this can cause cracks not visible to the naked eye.
